How to apply?

You would like to try your hand at a new challenge within the Group? Apply directly to the advert that has caught your eye. 🙋 You will need to hold the right to work for the country you wish to work in. Please contact Human Resources for more information. Your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager and if they wish to proceed, an internal reference will be taken. You will then have an interview with the hiring manager. If your application is successful, your former and future managers will agree on the date of your exciting new move and all you have to do is wait for your new professional adventure to begin! 📅 Beforehand, don't hesitate to take training courses on ACE or to ask your manager to help you develop your skills so that you can take on your next challenge more easily. 🎓

What about the referral program?

💪 Because you are our best ambassadors, we would like to remind you that you have the opportunity to recommend people you know to join our teams in Europe! 💶 A bonus of £500 gross will be awarded to you at the end of a 6-month induction period from the date of entry of the person recommended. 📝 You can find the rules of the program on Workplace (by typing the word "referral" in the search bar) as well as a form to be returned completed to the Human Resources department together with the CV of the person recommended.
