They are talking about mobility!
The possibility of internal career development within the Ascott group is a real plus. The Group gives everyone a chance and offers a wide range of training opportunities. And the colleagues show support and solidarity at this important stage! I was able to progress from Receptionist to Senior Receptionist in 2 years and, after 5 years in the Group, I joined the Revenue Management Department at the head office as Revenue Manager!
After 2 years in Paris, I had the opportunity to become a senior Receptionist for the opening of Islington in London. In 4 years I worked in almost all the residences in London, including the Cavendish hotel. I was able to move from this position to that that of Administrative Assistant and I even obtained an accounting certificate this year.
In just 6 years with the Group, from my apprenticeship, through the AMAP program and then the position of Assistant Residence Manager, I have progressed to my current position as Residence Manager at Citadines Trocadéro Paris. Suffice to say, I didn't see the time fly! Ascott is a group that allows us to innovate, isn't afraid to give responsibility and encourages us to improve throughout our career.
